Managing, Recruiting and expanding the United Real Estate Brand to the 3 states where agents are given 100% Commission. While serving as the CEO/Team Leader and Associate Broker for Keller Williams he managed the Limerick, Audubon, Quakertown & Reading offices. He recruited and helped grow the office from 160 agents when he started to over 270 a year and a half later when he decided to join United. He managed, recruited and hired agents & staff, reviewed and approved contracts and shared his real estate experiences with agents looking to learn. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in PA, SC and an agent in FL. Rick who is a proven sales leader has had several years of consistently leading his offices in sales and in his rookie year exceeded over 6.2 million dollars with 68 transactions and more than any other agent. He led all agents in sales in the offices he served since his start in 2005.
